UCLA Semel Institute
The Jane and Terry Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is an interdisciplinary research and education institute devoted to the understanding of complex human behavior, including the genetic, biological, behavioral and sociocultural underpinnings of normal behavior, and the causes and consequences of neuropsychiatric disorders. Gundara Design Inc./Design Spinners was hired in 2019 to produce a series of infographic 1 sheet and medical papers related to studies conducted.

Using Illustration To Drive a Point
The data behind the medical papers is lengthy and sometimes overwhelming to consume in an all text format. We created a blend of infographic illustrations to pair with the text to help break up the content.

With the large volume of data sheets created, we made sure to run them through a PDF ADA Compliance checker to assure a wide audience could consume the information provided.
